Very good. It didn't copy the book but the characters read the real book. There was too much emphasis of the city girl thing at first. It was kind of cool like when she found the dog and sympathized with it. It was the beginning of her change. It showed lots of scenery along with the characters and it was gorgeous. The bully was abused and he treated others badly, but he changed by the end.
Some viewers might object to the characters seemed smoking although there is a very strong message that smoking is very bad for you, and it's not appreciated.
