It models compassion and respect within a delightfully fast-moving adventure, all wrapped in wonderful humor. Two Scottish children find themselves at the center of the timeless battle between good and evil in a magical kingdom peopled by a variety of mythical creatures (who all have funny, engaging personalities) in a fast-paced adventure that has lots of action and drama, where the power of friendship and serving others saves the day. It's a lot of fun!
