MS. LITTLEFABLE
The iconographic animation is based on some stunningly visual images but some kids, especially older ones, will notice that the figures don't move. This style works best with younger kids. The story has a King, Queen and Unicorn, which are always sure to please the pre-k audience, but with enough depth of story to engage even young elementary-aged kids. The King is planning his retirement and must pick a predecessor. He has three children, and one must bring him the injured Unicorn to care for. One tries to bully the Unicorn, the other to grab him, but Honoria studies her books to learn about Unicorns and brings it home using kindness and understanding. She is rewarded the position of Queen for being kind, caring and intelligent. A great lesson for everyone.
Princess Honoria competes with her siblings to win the trust of a wounded Unicorn. She discovers that study and diligence surpass brawn and guile. She is able to entice the timid creature back to the castle and is rewarded for her diligence.
