A new spin on the old adage "you are what you eat;" Billy Barker is an average 8-year-old boy in every way save one: he likes to eat dog food rather than human food. One fateful night he makes the full transformation from boy to dog. As a dog, Billy suddenly acquires a taste for human food, but is denied access to it because his parents won't allow dogs at the table.
