This is a very entertaining short film beautiful animation and lots of laughs. The storyline is really cute. A little girl wants to help her grandfather's restaurant business and believes she has the answer - to buy a jukebox. But, he wants musicians to play live music. After sabotaging each audition without her grandfather knowing, she successfully convinces him to get the jukebox and then see that he plays the same droll songs over and over. She can't get a break and her reactions and facial expressions are awesome. They made me laugh out loud a couple of times. The little girl is a bit of a schemer and it's hilarious to see the outcomes of what she does to the musicians who audition. Visually, it's very appealing. Everything flows well with a beginning, middle and end. It's perfect for school aged kids. There is very little dialogue. It is more of a visual piece. The message is "be careful what you wish for." We see the little girl so determined to get the jukebox that, after messing with the musicians and finally getting the jukebox, it backfires on her. Happy to recommend for KIDS FIRST! Film Festival, for ages 5 to 12. Reviewed by Melanie S., KIDS FIRST! Juror
