Come join us to celebrate our 9th Annual KIDS FIRST! Best Day and Awards Celebration on Saturday, October 4th at the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, 5220 Lankershim in North Hollywood, CA.
This year’s KIDS FIRST! Best Awards will be given to 35 different categories, with special accommodations for studio films, independent films and student films. For a complete list of this year's nominees, go here.
Call to Tweens
We are premiering two new films tween / teen audiences, "Soccer Mom," and "Adventures of Food Boy," with appearances by talent from both films films.

Returning this year as one of our celebrity hosts is Mallory Lewis, daughter of beloved children’s entertainer Shari Lewis and Lamb Chop, recipients of the 2007 KIDS FIRST! Palmer-Vision Award.

Aria Wallace, from Roxy Hunter: Myth of the Mermaid is scheduled to appear.

Kay Panabaker, from "Moondance Alexander" and "A Modern Twain Story: The Prince and the Pauper" - scheduled to appear.

The KIDS FIRST! Best Award is a project of the
Coalition for Quality Children's Media, a national, 17-year-old, nonprofitprofit (501-c-3) organization that is a voluntary collaboration between the media industry, educators and child advocacy organizations. The mission of the Coalition is: 1) To teach children to become critical media users and; 2) To increase the visibility and availability of quality children's media.
