Highly recommended. This short film is very simple, but funny. One moment in particular made me laugh out loud. Obviously this is a low budget production and it is very cleverly done The production quality isn't great, but it has a certain style that is very compelling. With a bigger budget, it has potential as a sitcom on maybe Disney or Nickelodeon. The two main characters, a boy and an octopus, are not that bright. They are very immature and nave, but quite likable. The background music doesn't stand out or add much. This mini web-series is definitely is aimed at a younger demographic who will appreciate its silliness. There are more episodes on their YouTube Channel by the same name. I enjoyed it enough to subscribe. I recommend this for ages 8 to 15, particularly those who want to watch a simple, silly and fun series. I give it 4.5 out of 5 stars. A mini-web series following two explorers learning the magic of science. Director Statement: The Adventures of Tracy & Felt was born out of a desire to work with talented young Washington filmmakers, writers, and artists to ground work in the location we love and learn from. Developed on Whidbey Island, WA we challenged ourselves to create a story full of laughs (mostly our own) and exploring the magical and not-to-distant world of science and nature.
