She exposes how the Chinese government\nforcibly aborted babies late-term and induced pregnancies, killing infants,\nwhile feeding propaganda to their people and glamorizing the one-child policy.\nThe inhumane behavior of these officials, doctors and nurses, as well as the\nmistreatment and victimization of women, children and families in China\nare the main subjects of the film.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>One Child Nation <\/em>addresses many controversial and taboo topics,\nbut does so in a way that is very simple to understand, while still making you\nthink and evaluate the wrongdoings of China and its people. The\nimportance of choice and freedom are some of the many crucial themes\nhighlighted throughout the film. <em>One Child Nation<\/em> is an engaging and\nthoughtful documentary. I was never bored while watching and, even after the\ngears in my head were still turning and I was still thinking about it.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\nI give <em>One Child Nation <\/em>5 out of 5 stars and\nrecommend it for kids ages 14 to 18, because of the disturbing images and\nsensitive topics that were intense and difficult for me, as a teenager, to\nwatch. <em>One Child Nation <\/em>is a significant documentary film. I had never\nheard about China\u2019s\none-child policy before this movie. This film will educate people about the\nhorrors and oppression that the Chinese people faced under this law and allow\npeople to think and formulate their own opinions regarding this topic. <em>One\nChild Nation <\/em>is a poignant and relevant film that provoked deep thoughts\nand emotion, which I will never forget.
