I know, weird, but that\u2019s Beverly Hills for you. And Sam and Rachel, their humans, are sort of juggling the idea of getting married.<\/p>\n<p>Sam takes Chloe, Papi and all the other Chihuahuas to his parent\u2019s house in the barrio. Meanwhile, it turns out that Sam\u2019s parents aren\u2019t having it very well off. They\u2019re in debt over $40,000 to the bank, and they are going to lose their home. Now, this is a big problem and everybody is concerned, even the dogs, and, well, \u2026 the dogs come to the rescue.<\/p>\n<p>This movie is good for people ages five and up. I think the reason people younger than five might not find this entertaining is that they just wouldn\u2019t understand the plot line. I don\u2019t <a onclick=\"ps_imagemanager_popup(this.href,'Sam_1.jpg','1600','2400');return false\" onfocus=\"this.blur()\" href=\"http:\/\/www.kidsfirst.org\/ranny\/wp-content\/uploads\/Sam_1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"167\" height=\"250\" title=\"Sam_1.jpg\" align=\"right\" alt=\"Sam_1.jpg\" src=\"http:\/\/www.kidsfirst.org\/ranny\/wp-content\/uploads\/.thumbs\/.Sam_1.jpg\" border=\"0\" vspace=\"3\" hspace=\"5\" \/><\/a>think that most four-year-olds understand what debt is. However, anyone can enjoy this. My Dad and I watched this together and we were just laughing and laughing, particularly about a comment about a poodle looking like a Q-Tip.<\/p>\n<p>All in all I would give this eight out of ten stars.
