"It was hilarious!" "I liked mini Zartog because I liked his voice and how he was afraid of the dog and gerbil." "I would love to tell my friends to watch this." Kids laughed out loud. Kids thought the animation looked "real" and particularly liked the dancing sequence with Mission Control scientists. Some kids could even identify the hip-hop moves displayed by the chimp Ham.
An energy packed film, full of fun, humor and even a little lesson in overcoming your fears. Comet, the smart young chimp, is very excited to join the other chimps on their next space voyage. When budget cuts eliminate his chances, he sneaks his way into the rocket and accidentally launches himself into space. With vivid colors and upbeat music, Comet and the rest of the chimps take you on an out of this world adventure and stop the evil Zartog alien before he destroys earth.
The film follows Comet, who is usually left at mission control, but longs to venture into space like his chimp-colleagues. Comet gets the chance to travel to Planet Malgor where he meets Kilowatt, the once shy alien, and lives out his ultimate fantasy of exploring outer space. However, when the feared alien ruler Zartog takes over Mission Control, Comet must prove that he is brave enough to take him on. Challenged to show that he has the right skills, Comet must join fellow chimps Ham, Luna and Titan to save the day.
