ANGELINA BALLERINA: THE NUTCRACKER SWEET cover image
I like this DVD because it shows different dances. It showed folk dancing. I'm not used to that. They are fun to watch because some of the times they are dancing, but sometimes they are just hanging out with their friends and having fun, just like me and my friends. It's fun to watch that. My favorite part was when they fought then became friends again because they worked together in a dance. I think people would like this because they would like to see the dances. It's a good holiday film, but really it's good for any time of year. It did have the Nutcracker, which is Christmas, but the other stuff is anytime.
Angelina is in a quandary. She invites two friends to see the Nutcracker, but only has one extra ticket. This DVD not only brings the famous music of the holiday season to the screen in a unique manner, but it shows the importance of selflessness. Kids will most likely love seeing the adorable dancing mouse delight audiences through gentle animation. Parents will most likely appreciate the intergenerational interactions throughout the DVD. The episodes also broaden a viewer's knowledge as they offer information on choreography and instruments as well as interesting trivia. Did you know the largest candy cane was over 58 feet tall? The DVD also defines the importance of admiring others but still being yourself.

When too many candy canes and Mom's fabulous fruitcake give her a tummy ache, Angelina learns that sharing with friends is a lot more rewarding.
