Enjoyed it. Some wanted to watch "their favorite parts" again after the DVD was over. "It was awesome." "It was a little scary." "I liked seeing the legos I built at home in a movie." "Kids who like legos, dragons and castles would like this movie." Kids couldn't remember the names of the characters and the plot was a little complex for the younger ones. "Some were arguing and blaming each other for mistakes, but mostly they worked together." "The best part was watching legos come to life." Some kids were uncomfortable with the fighting scenes, making this potentially inappropriate for younger more sensitive viewers. The film was 82 minutes long, which made it difficult to keep the attention of the seven-year olds and younger.

Brace yourself for a dangerously hilarious ride into outer space with Clutch Powers and his new LEGO team. The LEGO world gets a big dose of action when they put Clutch Powers, infamous adventurer, on a mission to round up the universes' three most dangerous convicts. The only problem is; Clutch the lone adventurer, must learn how to work with the team assigned to help him on his mission. Everything from a failed rescue operation to building a space ship poses a problem for this dysfunctional team. Unless they learn how to work as a team, the LEGO crew will never track down the most dangerous convict; evil wizard Mallock the Malign. Follow Clutch and his team of LEGO experts as their intergalactic adventures take them from LEGO City to the Space Police prison planet to the medieval planet of Ashlar. The planet Ashlar is in desperate need of the LEGO teams help. Mallock the Malign is terrorizing the medieval planet and threatening to steal the King's throne from its rightful heir. With the help of the King's army, and a few unexpected accomplices, the LEGO crew takes on Mallock and his skeleton henchmen. Clutch and his fellow LEGO experts build amazing LEGO creations and learn the value of teamwork while they fight for good in a world full of evil convicts and comical skeleton armies. Kids will remain enthralled until the very end of LEGO's first humorous action-packed film. While this film is hilarious and has non-stop entertainment, it also teaches kids the importance of teamwork and friendship.
