I love this! It's totally campy, the town that is. People speak in song and harmonize. Even the mechanic analyzes the car by playing it like an xylophone, then sings his analysis with the other kids harmonizing along.

Cassie and Chance, a brother and sister, are on a road trip to find a doctor who can help solve Chance's mysterious heart problem. When their car breaks down in a musical town, Chance begins the journey of curing his problem through the town's music. Through a series of songs and dances, Chance and Cassie find the music in their hearts.
