KIDS FIRST!® Adult Juror Comments:

The Twilight Saga has become an audience favorite, particularly with tween and teen age girls. The talent - Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner, Peter Facinelli, Billy Burke - are all young, attractive and charismatic. The books, by Stephenie Meyers have been run-away best-sellers. The storyline, while many may feel are simplistic, venture into the supernatural world where vampire live forever and true love is romanticized to the nth degree. The fluff, the cheesy dialogue - may leave some wondering what the attraction is but, it is there. The success of the book series has carried over into the film series which doesn't hold back. The locations are stunning, the special effects almost believable. Its attraction to young people is understandable.

KIDS FIRST!® KID Juror Comments:

"Everything about this is just so totally weird, but I love it!" Kids watched multiple times and were still very engaged. Most of the kids said they wanted to see the next in the series, especially the teenage girls. My favorite part was "when she crawled up in a ball in the leaves - how pathetic! I laughed so hard - The End."
