This short 2 D animated piece from Super Simple Songs is just that, super simple. And, I might add quite charming as well. It's an innocent piece showing how the baby birds learn how to fly. Probably not accurate in a scientific way but nonetheless, charming and appropriate for its intended audience - preschoolers. Lovely pastel colors, a wonderful tune and simple, uncluttered animation. Recommended for the KIDS FIRST! Film Festival for ages 2 to 5. I give it 4 out of 5 stars. Reviewed by Julie S., KIDS FIRST! Juror
It's a big day in the old oak tree! The baby sparrows are learning to fly! Featuring the original song, "Flap Your Wings Together," from the makers of Super Simple Songs. Treetop Family is a delightful series for children all about family and friendship. Join the sparrows, the mice, the possums, and the squirrels as they sing, and play, and discover the world around them...together. There's always something new to learn in the old oak tree. Treetop Family....home for you and me.
