Professional Experience
Christine Pollock, a freelance writer based in Western New York, has a Bachelor of Science degree in elementary education. She has worked as a freelance writer for more than a decade, specializing in media and childcare. Christine is Managing Editor for the KIDS FIRST! News, a KIDS FIRST! Senior Juror, a KIDS FIRST! Juror Trainer and a judge for United Parenting Publication’s National Parenting Publication Awards.
With articles accepted and published in numerous magazines including "The Writer" and "Highlights for Children," Christine also writes on a regular basis for Demand Studios, Second Step, Suite 101 and Writer's Research Group.
She lives with her husband and three tween/teenage boys who love the idea that their mom gets to watch television for a living. Becoming part of the KIDS FIRST! family is one of the best things that has happened to their entire family
