Well done. The skill of the claymation make up for the fact that the film is very very short (2 minutes). While the house at 82 Westing Street consumes those who enter, the "hands" that emerge from the ground aren't terrifying. Well structured, the scenes fit together logically in a well crafted story. Non narrative, good back ground music, quality claymation.

A man finds a note about a free room to stay in. But you have to be careful about this house.
