This is an admirable production for a group of middle school students. The classic Tom Sawyer is brought life by these kids in a pretty believable way. Keep in mind that, like a school play, all the characters are played by students. So, the older characters will not look very realistic. It does take the school play idea to another level - the school film. And, I like it. Its appeal would be mostly to other students of a similar age, I believe.

An adaptation of the Mark Twain classic novel by middle school students at B-TV Batchelor Middle School in Bloomington, IN. This is the story of Tom Sawyer and his adventures with his friends in the mid-1800s.
