Lovely short that will fit nicely into environmental festivals. The concept of a very short animated film about a drone bee or bees is appealing. This animation and music is simple and charming and quite suitable for pre-K through early elementary. The animation is fairly basic and fun. The song is charming although it doesn't quite teach what a drone and Queen Bee really are so, be prepared to augment that when showing it to very young children. Keep in mind that it is entertaining and shouldn't be looked at as an educational film. I loved it and recommend for ages 3 to 10. Reviewed by Julie S., KIDS FIRST! Juror

An animated music video about the life (and love) cycles of a drone bee. Director's Statement: This film is a labor of love; my wife is a beekeeper and I was fascinated by the world of bees, especially the different roles and jobs each member of the hive has. It just seemed natural to have a song written for them! The world of beekeepers is full of really talented, creative and caring people!
