I like that this film attempts to educate people about the dangers of prescription drugs, although it doesn't fully educate people about why these drugs can be dangerous. I believe a child who doesn't know much about drugs would learn something from watching this. The storyline flows well, makes sense and it is watchable. The subject of drugs is handled well, even if it falls short of making a home run in its message. I think most students can relate to the pressure to perform highly. It's far too easy to succumb to the peer pressure of using drugs to alleviate the stress. The information they give in this film is accurate and the topic is definitely on target. It's a message that kids need to be aware of, before it becomes a problem.

The film basically tells viewers to not do drugs because they are bad. The quality of the video is very good and the cast give very believable performances. At times the camera shots move too fast but, in general the filmmaker makes creative use of the camera angles.

I recommend this for the KIDS FIRST! Film Festival because it delivers a good message. And, though it falls short about why drugs can be dangerous, parents and teachers could elaborate on the topic and teach kids more about it. I give it 3.5 out of 5 stars and recommend it for ages 11 to 16.
