Truly a brilliant piece of animation. Beautifully executed visuals and an extremely clever storyline. The "toys" of the animated characters take on a life of their own and, in this 2nd episode of the series, we see the awkwardly greedy bear get outsmarted once again by the team of lemmings. There is some mild violence, but nothing bloody or replicable. I highly recommend this for a kids or family film festival for ages 8 to 18, plus adults. Younger kids may find the storyline a bit challenging, but it all depends on the kid. 5 out of 5 stars! Excellent work. Wow! Reviewed by Julie S., KIDS FIRST! Juror.
As soon as the Forest Ranger is away, GRIZZY feels it's only natural that the Ranger Station becomes his territory. And no other animal dares to contest this privilege. Except the LEMMINGS! They are small, but there are a lot of them - and they want their share of the Eldorado! The Lemmings play with poseable figurines of wild Canadian animals. When Grizzy sees that the bear figurine has been put inside a little cage, whereas those of the Lemmings are gathered around a mini-jar of chocolate spread, he decides to join in the party and take control of his own figurine.
