I really enjoyed the documentary Finding a Home. I really like the background music, the camerawork and its inspirational message. It could encourage people to help stray animals in need.

The documentary was made by a Chinese teenage student who wanted to show the struggles that stray animals experience and how animal shelters help the animals in need.

This documentary is very wholesome; I liked learning about all the rescued animals. The camera work is very clear and uses lots of angles and points of view. The documentary takes place mainly in animal shelters. The background music is upbeat and light. The speakers are very kind and selfless. My favorite part is when it shows all the animal shelter owners talking about the dogs.

The film's message is to always help those in need.

I give Finding a Home 3.5 out of 5 stars and recommend it for ages 8 to 12, plus adults. By Gavin S., KIDS FIRST!

Stray animals are slowly drifting out of people's sight; the truth is, animal shelters as well as individual adopters have to bear the huge burdens of taking care of these animals. At the end of the day, animals have brought unspeakable joy to the people who accept them.
