Good Morning, Miss Sunshine definitely takes a look at how kids can change their behavior and become a more useful contributor to the world around them. The production values are pretty good here, although the audio picks up background noises, especially during the activity scene.

The story follows a young rebellious seventh grader named Zoe (Chloe Voigt) who, after her latest prank misfires, teams up with her imaginary friend, Miss Sunshine, to involuntarily becomes the newest member of Service Pals, a club designed by the principal and guidance counselor to give back to the community.

I like how Zoe and Alyssa become friends. The cinematography in this film has some issues; there are some shots that are handheld and very uneven. Zoe's character morphs from a rebel to a good kid who follows the rules. I really like the background music, especially at the beginning and end of the film. My favorite part is when Zoe pranks her teacher. The film's message is to always do what's right. Note that it does show negative behavior and kids making bad decisions in school. give this film 3 out of 5 stars and recommend it for ages 8 to 12. By Gavin S., KIDS FIRST!
