In the world of make believe toy unicorns would become life-sized unicorns that talk and play with us. That's what happens in this short fantasy film.

The film begins showing two sisters exploring the cosmos from their playroom. But the older sister leaves and little sister cozies up to her stuffed unicorn to explore their own adventure, under the guise of Captain Princess.

This film is full of imagination and kid-friendly stuff - particularly for girls. The little sister, Lois, takes charge when her older sister leaves to explore the cosmos in her own unique way, dressed as Captain Princess. The blend of animation, live action and a costumed unicorn character all add to the charm and fun.

The film's message is about pursuing your own dreams and believing that your imagination can take you anywhere.

I give Captain Princess 3.5 out of 5 stars and recommend it for ages 5 to 8. By Julie S., KIDS FIRST!

In a galaxy made of cardboard, glitter, and wild imagination, two sisters, Lois and McClane, explore the cosmos without ever leaving their playroom. But when big sis is away, it's up to little Lois--joined by Lovey, her stuffed unicorn--to take charge. As the fearless Captain Princess, Lois explores new planets, encounters alien creatures and journeys into the unknown.
