This is a very touching film and delivers an important message. I am confused however if this is a tribute to a real person or not. That part is unclear.

The film is well presented, with great images and good editing. The background music sometimes is too loud and overshadows the narration, but otherwise, it's very well made, particularly for a student film. It's the kind of story that reminds us that there are good people all around us and sometimes, we don't see them because they're not in the headlines, but they are there - working for the better good.

I give On Compassion 3.5 out of 5 stars and recommend it for ages 12 to 18, plus adults. By Julie S., KIDS FIRST!

Bryan Stevenson. To some, an ordinary man. To others, a living superhero. To many, just another lawyer. To those he saves, a rescuer. His name may sound like just another name, but his work speaks of extraordinary courage, compassion, and the human will to fight for what is right. He fights not just for justice, but for humanity itself.
