Fun With Hometown, Poo Poo, And You! is a lighthearted documentary from Taiwan with Chinese dialogue and English subtitles that highlights the joyful adventures of best friends Xiao-He and Yu. Set in the scenic town of Meinong, Kaohsiung, the film follows the two friends as they embark on a quest to create a hilarious "Poo Poo" ice cream flavor for Xiao-He's little brother. The plot develops smoothly as the girls gather ingredients and bring their silly creation to life at Xiao-He's father's ice cream shop. Beautiful, clear cinematography captures breathtaking shots of nearby mountains while showcasing the heartwarming bond between the young leads. The hilarious scene where they serve the ice cream perfectly captures the pure joy of childhood laughter. Driven by high-quality camerawork, the film delivers a charming message that true fun comes from having a friend who shares your vibe. I give this film 3.5 out of 5 stars and recommend it for ages 5 to 8. -- By Hafsa H., KIDS FIRST!

Xiao-He and Yu's "paradise" is the school playground, the orchard, the park, Dad's ice shop, and the alleys near home. They go on adventures, play games, and eat the ice treats Xiao-He's dad makes--until one day, they come up with a fun idea: making poo poo ice for Xiao-He's little brother! The two of them search for ingredients all over town and happily make the poo poo ice. While waiting for it to freeze, they make a wish to the gods. In the end, the poo poo ice turns out great! Xiao-He is thrilled, and so is his little brother.
