If you love trains and Christmas like I do, hop aboard and watch this adorable film! Lots & Lots of Christmas Choo Choo Trains is a short film full of catchy songs and tiny toy versions of everyone's favorite iconic characters from the past and present. If you blink you might miss an appearance of a classic character from Disney, Nickelodeon, or Pixar.

There is no dialog or acting in this film; instead it's filled with back-to-back Christmas songs. The soundtrack includes traditional Christmas tunes that are adjusted to be about trains, as well as completely new songs about the holidays on the railways. This film centers entirely around trains of all sizes, big and small. It showcases the cutest Christmas scenes that trigger a nostalgic feeling and walks down memory lane.

The film has some unique animation featuring a dancing Santa and a dancing snowman. The transitions between scenes caught my eye the most. There is an abundance of different colors, lights, trains, scenes, and scenery, which held my attention from start to finish. It truly reminds me of a Christmas screen saver that I might play on a TV while decorating for the holidays. It definitely got me into the Christmas spirit, and it brought back early childhood memories. My favorite part is trying to spot the widely recognized or famous characters throughout the entire film. It is fun to excitedly point out some of the little toy replicas of these characters from many different films and TV shows as they randomly appear.

The film's message is to express the joy of Christmas, both past and present. Of course, the focus on the many different types of trains, adds another layer to it. It pulls off a positive vibe of holiday merriment that made me want to smile and laugh. Although this production is targeted towards younger kids, it is entertaining for the whole family.

I give Lots & Lots Of Christmas Choo Choo Trains 3 out of 5 stars and recommend it for ages 2 to 12, plus adults. It is available on VOD, AVOD, streaming, and online retailers now.
